This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a 300-acre mountain tract located in Lincoln County West Virginia. The property is virtually all wooded with a few small openings that could be food plot areas. The timber is mostly mature with a small select cut being done around 2009. A good ATV road system is in place. Landowner has just recently put in some new roads and done maintenance on some of the existing roads. A small opening at the entrance can be used for a camper and ATV unloading. I found several rubs, a few old scrapes and some good trails during my inspection. Camping and ATV use are acceptable for hunting purposes only.
